We’ve been associated with AMA for a little over twenty years and during that time they like us, have grown significantly. In the early days we purchased the Opera accounts package on AMA's advice to aid both the financial side of our expanding water sports business and give us greater control of our manufactured stock. With the complexity of modern software programs the demand on their time for technical support has also increased. We as a company now totally rely on our computer network, Opera II has been installed for a little over three years and generally serves us well. AMA are always on the end of the phone, they give an excellent level of support especially and when things go really badly wrong (recently we had a major server crash) they pulled out all the stops to get us running again within hours.

I cannot say AMA are the cheapest IT support company, but in this life you get what you pay for and I’m happy they are providing the level of support necessary to allow our business to run efficiently in the knowledge that they are there to support us not only when things go wrong, but to move forward with us".
