Our Accreditations 

AMA is one of Pegasus' largest partners in the UK and has been recognised as a leading partner through various Pegasus awards received over the years including the coveted 'Regional Reseller of the Year'.  In recognition of our experience AMA play an active part in the ongoing development of the Pegasus product suite taking an active role in the 'Pegasus Advisory Panel', assisting Pegasus in devising their product 'roadmap'. 

AMA are also founder members of ADMIT, the ‘Association of Developers of Management Information Technology’ and have agreed to
abide by their Code of Conduct and always take an active part in their functions.  As an accomplished provider of Business Management Solutions AMA hold the following accreditations:

As a Microsoft Small Business Specialist AMA have demonstrated understanding and the ability to deal with the needs of UK small businesses, having undergone an advanced technical examination we have access to support, training and resources from Microsoft.  AMA's Small Business Specialist status is signified by displaying the logo so clients can be confident they are dealing with a company that knows how to make IT work for smaller companies."

Quality

AMA operate a formal Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of EN 9001:2008 as we believe that this is critical to the success of AMA Business Systems, our customers and products.

The directors of AMA Business Systems will provide the necessary working environment and resources to ensure that quality objectives can be achieved, and will ensure that this policy statement is implemented and maintained throughout the Company.  In carrying out work on a client's behalf, the Company will proceed in a responsible manner in accordance with the best industry practices.  The directors and staff are committed to the continual improvement of the Company's quality management system.  This will be achieved through the systematic ongoing review of its internal operations and the feedback from clients, staff and other interested parties.  It is the policy of AMA Business Systems to employ a UKAS approved accreditation company (currently The British Assessment Bureau) to assess the QMS, designs and products in accordance with the applicable standards, regulatory requirements and associated EU Directives.
