Accounting Software Support Technician

To provide first line telephone support to our rapidly expanding customer base. A background in using computerised accounting software is essential. Experience in supporting accounting software would be an advantage. The job entails handling support calls on Pegasus & Sage Accounting Software, as well as Windows networking issues. The successful candidate would also be required to provide some on-site customer training as & when required. This is a very demanding position which requires a person of very high calibre.
