Table Management
The table manager can be fully customised to match your restaurant / bar layout with different floor layouts incorporating varying numbers of seats per table. Table plans can be configured specifically for different functions such as weddings, conferences and parties. KC Hospitality uses simple drag and drop techniques allowing you to design and deploy a table layout within minutes. At the till staff can see whether a table is occupied, vacant or if customers are late.
Bookings Manager
Through the bookings manager staff can take bookings and reserve tables for specific times as well as allocating a reservaton perioed for the booking. A booking schedule screen shows all of the bookings on a selected date including the current status such as arrived, pending arrival, late, the name of the customer and the amount of people in the party. From the same screen users can 'drill' down into the booking for further details such as special requirements. Customer details are also stored in a database therefore making future bookings faster and more efficient as the customer name, address, contact number and any notes can be recalled quickly and easily.
Transaction Parking / Billing
Transactions can be parked against tables through the tills, which allows the management of bills by table / customer to be made simple. Menus on the tills can be easily configured to your requirements, therefore item searching and transaction procesing is quick and easy. Bills and receipts can easily be printed from the till to printers in the restaurant, bar and kitchen therefore making the operation of communicating food and drink orders smooth and efficient. When a customer settles their bill the transaction can be easily recalled and payment taken in the usual way and any future table reservations can be made at this point.
